Approach AssessmentAfter you have had time to consider your options, Nancy will guide you to the service that best fits your needs at this stage in your leadership journey. Most of her clients understand that change takes time and that building new leadership muscles requires commitment and consistency. Three to six-month engagements are the minimum for genuine change for individual coaching. Intensive retreats, with options for continuing in a curated group or receiving coaching, are equally impactful.

The PlanWith coaching goals and desired outcomes in place (often including a 360-degree feedback process from colleagues), Nancy and her clients meet regularly to discuss challenges, best practices, and successes. Together, we identify and understand patterns while also focusing on opportunities for growth, mindset shifts, and behavioral changes. You’ll have regular check-ins to ensure the coaching journey is on course and to identify any necessary corrections.

Lasting ImpactAt the conclusion of the engagement, you will review the progress together and identify any necessary next steps to continue your growth and ensure a long-term shift in behavior. Renewed engagements are common, as well as specialized work with a curated roster of experts.
