Most of her clients understand that change takes time and that building new leadership muscles requires commitment and consistency. Three to six-month engagements are the minimum for genuine change for individual coaching. Intensive retreats, with options for continuing in a curated group or receiving coaching, are equally impactful.

With coaching goals and desired outcomes in place (often including a 360-degree feedback process from colleagues), Nancy and her clients meet regularly to discuss challenges, best practices, and successes. Together, we identify and understand patterns while also focusing on opportunities for growth, mindset shifts, and behavioral changes. You’ll have regular check-ins to ensure the coaching journey is on course and to identify any necessary corrections.
