Meet Nancy
With over 30 years of hands-on experience leading companies and growing businesses, Nancy knows the profound impact of supported growth on both professional and personal success and satisfaction.

A naturally curious, avant-garde thinker, she views life as her laboratory, continuously experimenting and embracing new methodologies.

Nancy's journey has taken her from Wall Street to leading various organizations and companies in a variety of industries, including finance, government, and education. With degrees from Cornell University, Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and Georgetown, she continues to educate herself through workshops and experiences that ensure she is both current and on the cutting edge of research and knowledge that enhance her success as a coach to others. A self-described “knowledge geek,” Nancy has an endless appetite for podcasts, attending retreats, and investigating modalities for self-improvement and growth.

Nancy has three grown children, one cute dog, a few side hustles, and two passports. Her passions include travel, reading, yoga, discovering slow fashion and small design brands, live music, indie films, and hanging out with her eclectic group of friends. She lives full-time in NYC.
